Fresh and clean environment, accessible public areas, modern room technology
Parking arrangements leave much to be desired!!! Consider improving the clarity of car park access instructions and addressing the noise disturbances within the hotel, as they can be quite disruptive to a restful stay!!!

A Family-Friendly Retreat with Exceptional Service!
Our family of four had a fantastic time during our four-night stay. The quiet surroundings were perfect for unwinding after exploring Torquay's beaches. The room was spacious with a great shower, and the fridge was a lifesaver for keeping drinks cool. Don't miss the warm, chatty breakfast staff—they truly set the tone for a wonderful day! Pro tip, arrive early to explore the local eateries nearby.

The hotel offered a fantastic view of the harbour which really made the stay special. And let's not forget the breakfast variety with everything from scrambled eggs to waffles it was definitely worth waking up for.
It cost a pretty penny but still acceptable for the quality we got.

Great views and a cozy stay!
Wow, I really loved our stay! We had a king room with an amazing view of the harbor. The staff was super helpful, especially a lady named Michelle at breakfast. She was always smiling and helped everyone out. Just wish the air-conditioning worked better. it was kinda noisy at night.

Despite the positives, some amenities felt a bit lacking compared to expectations.

Just a decent option for a weekend pause in Torquay with value for money. They quickly provided more tea bags when we asked, which was nice. Make sure to ask for extra supplies during your stay.

I really loved the spacious King Room. The bed was super comfy and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It had a large TV, which was great for relaxing after a day out. The mini fridge was a nice touch as well. Breakfast impressed me with its huge selection. I tried the fresh pastries and the cooked options were tasty too. I faced a few issues. The shower door was missing, so water splashed everywhere, and that made the floor a bit slippery. The fridge power switch wasn’t labeled, so I struggled to figure that out. I also found it frustrating that the hotel is cashless, which made paying for parking tricky when cash machines were nearby. Staff seemed overwhelmed at times, so I couldn’t get help with my questions. despite a few inconveniences, I'd stay here again for the comfort and breakfast variety.

Our family stayed at the King Room and truly enjoyed the clean decor and friendly staff. The location is perfect for exploring Torquay, but the breakfast area could've used a little tidying up. a fantastic experience that we'd love to revisit.

missingWrote a review on Aug 29harbor proximity24-hour barparking issues
The 24-hour bar offers a solid selection that keeps you covered any time of day. Located conveniently close to the harbor, it's easy to access local entertainment options like Elton's Piano Bar after a day of exploring.
Parking can be a real hassle. the nearby car park isn't connected to the hotel, necessitating a steep walk that might challenge those with mobility issues. Breakfast often feels like a free-for-all during peak times, making it tough to enjoy that morning coffee in peace. Some elevators were out of service, creating confusion and discomfort hauling luggage. some rooms, including the one we had, feel a bit cramped, especially with a sofa bed that's about as comfortable as a Wookiee at a ballet recital.
